ICF Method Reports
Starting with a research project comparing cities in various nations, ICF developed a Method for understanding all the factors that determine a community’s competitiveness in the digital economy. Over two decades, we have refined analytics to identify a community’s strengths and weaknesses and recommend the most productive steps to move forward.

Analysis and Strategy
Covering topics from big data to international economic development, they share insights on issues faced by communities large and small around the world that are part of ICF’s network of Intelligent Communities. They also include statistical portraits of Intelligent Communities ranging in population from 2,000 to 12 million in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
