How It Works

ICF schedules a 4-6-hour day of activities provided online or in person, depending on your needs and budget. The typical program starts with meetings with community leaders to discuss the community’s challenges and opportunities, and to answer questions. This is followed by a presentation or workshop from ICF that educates and inspires on the community’s potential, based on the ICF Method and illustrated by the experience of other communities. The engagement can include private meetings with leaders, press interviews and other one-to-one connections that bring international validation to local efforts and provide the give-and-take that generates new ideas and builds commitment.
